We started Waynes New Roof because we got tired of seeing homeowners get treated like dollar signs. Big roofing companies roll into Memphis after every storm, knock on doors, push contracts, and disappear once the check clears. That's not us.
We're based right here in the Cordova area. We work mostly within the Memphis metro because that's where we live, that's where our families are, and that's where our reputation matters. When you hire us, you're hiring a small crew that's going to be around next year if something needs a second look.

When you call, we set up a time to come look at your roof. We climb up, take photos, and figure out what's actually going on. Then we sit down with you, explain what we found in plain language, and write up an honest estimate.

Memphis summers cook a roof. Humidity gets into anywhere it can. Spring storms drop hail. Winter brings freeze-thaw cycles that pry open every weak seam. A roof that would last 25 years in a milder climate might give you 15 here if it's not built right.
We've learned what works. Proper underlayment, ice and water shield in the right spots, good ventilation, and shingles rated for the wind speeds we get. We don't cut corners on the stuff you can't see — because that's the stuff that fails first.
